5. What’s your return and exchange policy?

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If anything isn’t perfect:

  • Return unused, unaltered items within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

  • To initiate, contact us at [support@nailboo.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a refund (minus any shipping fees) back to your original payment method. Exchanges for other colors or styles are gladly accepted, subject to stock availability.


6. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re so sorry! Just email us at support@nailboo.com within 7 days of delivery, attach clear photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll resolve it quickly—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


7. How do I care for my nails and extend their wear?

To extend the life and shine of your nails:

  1. Avoid prolonged contact with water (like soaking or dishwashing) — wear gloves whenever possible.

  2. Use a gentle nail cleaner and soft brush; avoid harsh acetone-based removers.

  3. Store unused kits in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent drying or discoloration.


8. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Absolutely! All NailBoo products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free—we never test on animals and use only plant-based, gentle ingredients.


9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Need a change? Send us an email at support@theclouddream.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel. Once it’s shipped, standard returns apply.


10. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Yes! At checkout, you can:

  • Add gift wrapping

  • Include a personalized message (up to 200 characters)

We’ll package it beautifully and hand-write your message on a card.
